We aim to deliver your orders efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.  

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At this time, international shipping services are not available.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of order confirmation.  

Once processing is complete, a confirmation email containing order details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Standard delivery typically takes between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion selections reach you in a timely manner.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be initiated after confirmation with the courier partner.
