Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Return requests must be placed within the specified return period from the delivery date. Products showing wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. The amount is credited back to the original payment method, and confirmation is shared via email once completed.
